Jocelyn is a kind and inspiring BoDI regular who proves it’s never too late to start moving!

A retired aged care nurse, Jocelyn knows the importance of staying strong for balance, preventing falls and feeling good every day.

Since joining BoDI 7 months ago, she’s lifting heavier than she ever thought possible, walking with more confidence and even enjoying solo strolls from her local cafe to the library.

Her favourite moves? Leg extensions, sit-to-stands, rows, and pull-downs. All helping her feel stronger and steadier on her feet.

Jocelyn says the support from Matt and Kayla keeps her motivated, safe, and always having a laugh.
