Darrin has been so excited all year for his 60th birthday so how could we not make a big deal out of it.

For someone who was suppose to die at 21 (Darrin’s words not ours), we reckon he is doing really well!!

Movement safety is about more than just technique or injury prevention.

For many people, especially those with sensory sensitivities, the environment itself plays a huge role in how safe movement feels.

Small things that are often overlooked can make a big difference in someone’s experience.

Things like noise levels, lighting, unclear instructions, lack of routine or unexpected touch can all contribute to feeling overwhelmed or unsure in a movement space.

When we slow down and become more aware of these factors, we’re able to create environments that feel calmer, more predictable and more supportive for the people in them.
