Aphantasia (the inability to visualise mentally) affects about 1 in 50 people. And guess what? Hypnosis still works.

Why? Because hypnosis isn’t about “seeing things” with your mind’s eye. It’s about focus, openness to suggestion, and experiencing in your own way—whether that’s through thoughts, feelings, sensations, or sounds.
