Coast Support Coordination provides independent NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to participants in the Southwest, Great Southern, and Perth / Peel regions of WA. We also provide support to participants in the wider Australian community via telehealth services.
Coast SC focusses strongly on capacity building and person-centered practice, we believe the choice and control of participants is of paramount importance. We tailor our practice to fit the individual and their needs, through understanding their NDIS plan and support needs and implementing services to enrich their lives.
We are independent. Many other NDIS providers employ support coordinators and recovery coaches; however, the company may also provide many other services such as therapy services, support work, plan-management, and community access supports. It's a role of a support coordinator and recovery coach to connect you with support services that suit your support needs, so offering you other services within an organisation can lead to challenges around conflict of interest. There is no conflict of interest at Coast SC.
Our team consists of 2 qualified social workers, who graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work with honours at Curtin University in Western Australia. We are passionate about supporting a diverse range of individuals and specialise in mental health support. Our team has extensive experience within both roles of specialist support coordination and recovery coaching.
