Stanley is a big (36kg) black, goofy boy, who is currently living in a Mandurah home with a friendly cat.
Pictures and videos will be posted in a few days time, once I receive them.

Adopted!!! Congratulations Mia and her new family. ❤️👍

Mia is looking for a very special home.
Mia is unique!! A stunning blue and white little girl, who is definitely not your typical greyhound!!
One of those rare greyhounds who is active, curious and into mischief. She is still a pup at heart as she only turns 2 in a few day's time. She is also very active (for a greyhound), so maybe she is another breed underneath that muscle-bound greyhound body of hers? Mia is a tiny 23kg, who never raced as she is a bit of a princess and running is not what a princess does!
She is a real character that will make you laugh with her funny antics, she will test your boundaries as she thinks that rules do not apply to her - so you must be firm and tell her three times, what boundaries are. She will try and sit on your lap, and push her way into whatever you are doing. She is like a little canine kid!
As you can see in the pics and vid, she LOVES the water. She loves the clam pool and is also used to swimming in a dam.
She is NOT your typical lazy, cruisy greyhound.
Mia is a funny little livewire who is more like a whippet in size and activity level. (She is 100% greyhound though).
Mia's foster family have a grumpy cat who hisses at Mia, yet Mia still tries to push the boundaries and wants to make friends with it. Mia can't believe that grumpy cat does not like her!

Mia would suit someone who is not going to be blinded by her charm, and let her get away with mischief. Someone active, who can play in the backyard with her, as well as take her out walking and possibly swimming?

Mia is being fostered in Eaton, and is available for a meet and greet now.

Woody is looking for a home for Xmas. He is a 4 and a half year old boy who loves his toys, especially the squeaky ones.
He is nonchalant around cats, as he is a generally cruisy, lovable boy.

Finn is looking for a home for Xmas.
This beautiful black boy is 4yo and loves wading in the water.
He has met a grumpy cat and quickly learnt to avoid it, and he is an all round easy hound to live with.
He is currently in foster care in Eaton and is ready for meet and greets. ❤️

2 girls Dotty and Mintie are sharing the bed, Diesel on the bed on floor, with a 2 seater lounge dogless. What???? Lol

The Great Global Greyhound Walk is on in 2 week's time!!!
Last year was the first year it was held in Bunbury and we had 28 Greyhounds join the walk, as well as 4 Whippets and 1 Iggy.
Let's try and beat the numbers we had last year.
Other breeds are also welcome, however only sighthounds are counted in the numbers.
Walk is on Sunday 24th September, starting at 10am and will go for about half an hour.
Same place as last year. Big Swamp. Meet at carpark on Prince Philip Drive, South Bunbury, then we will walk anticlockwise around the swamp.
All sighthounds, please register on the day at the desk.
The event is FREE and is just a casual walk of just over 1 kilometre, where you can go at your own pace.

Exciting news today!!!!!
Molly is in training to be an Assistance Dog for Sam!
They met today for the first time and they both loved each other within minutes. Molly looks so comfortable on Sam's bed.
Stay tuned over the next few weeks as Molly and Sam get to know each other more.
It is stories and photos like this that make me smile and cry, and be proud to be a part of this beautiful journey. ❤️❤️

How awesome. WA is finally catching up to some other states and countries.
Greyhounds are very underestimated and have so much to offer.

Retired greyhounds will be re-homed with former and serving police officers to help with mental and physical wellbeing.

Mintie went to school as usual for StoryDog today. Usually, she lays on the rug, but today, she decided to pinch the beanbag I was sitting in. In true Mintie style, she snuggled in behind me whilst I was sitting in the beanbag. Yes, it was uncomfortable for me but she cares not. Ha. And when I got up, she loved having the beanbag all to herself!!!!
She is such a dag. ❤️👍
