Come as you are. The yidaki (didgeridoo) speaks to the body in frequencies words can’t reach .
A low, steady hum that quiets the mind and reorganises tension into presence. In our 75-minute featured session, Pete will play the yidaki directly over your body so the sound becomes felt as much as heard: subtle shifts, deep resonance, cellular release.

You may notice your breath deepen, your shoulders soften, and a sense of grounded clarity replacing scattered thoughts.

This is sound as therapy, part breathwork, part vibration medicine, all heart-led whilst I weave my sound healing throughout to guide the entire journey. 🤯🤯🤯 mind blowing experience.

As Christmas arrives, I want to pause and send you my deepest gratitude.
For showing up for yourself.
For resting when you needed to.
For allowing sound, stillness and intention to support you through this year.

This season doesn’t have to be loud or busy to be meaningful.
May it be gentle.
May it be peaceful.
May it offer you a moment to breathe, soften, and honour the journey you’ve walked.

It has been a true privilege to witness your openness, your healing, and your courage to slow down.

Still feeling the echoes of last Sunday, where breath slowed, hearts opened and the sea held us gently.

🩵🌊🩵Breath and Sound by the Sea

Like-minded souls gathered, grounding into the earth as sound alchemy moved through the space. Followed by the most divine Nalu breathwork.

Ancient yidaki, crystalline tones, breath flowing in soft waves, all cradled in an open-hearted container of care and presence.

Under Mother Earth’s sky, (she put on the best show) we remembered the power of slowing, of listening, of returning to ourselves.

August 2022 me had no idea.

I was just playing bowls on the lounge room floor, asking friends and family members to be my “guinea pigs.” My new hobby soon became a passion.

I didn’t know this work would crack me open, call me forward, or change my life.

Fast forward to August 2025, I stand in front of 100+ people at once, heart wide open, doing what I love.

If you ever doubt where you’re heading… remember this. You’re becoming more than you think.
