Our community has serious concerns about leaked changes to how NDIS plans are made.
According to the Guardian story that came out today, the NDIA wants a computer program to decide your funding. No human review. No independent reports. No real right to appeal.
If true, this would strip away basic safeguards and independent oversight. People with disability deserve better.

We have imposed new conditions on JPS Audit Specialists Pty Ltd following serious concerns about impartiality and conflicts of interest.

These conditions restrict JPS from conducting new audits, except for audits already underway before 17 October 2025. Providers that hadn’t commenced an audit application with JPS prior to the suspension will need to engage a different Approved Quality Auditor.

We are actively monitoring broader market impacts and working with stakeholders to ensure continuity for affected providers.
