Health By Nurture is growing, and we’re looking for a Medical Receptionist (Casual) to join our friendly team in Bunbury!

🌸 About Us
We are Bunbury’s leading holistic health clinic with:

10 doctors (and growing)
Midwives & Nurses
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
On-site Mental Health Counselors
On-site Clinpath Pathology

As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

🌸 Responsibilities

Greet patients and answer phones
Book appointments
Process payments and Medicare billing
General administrative support
Other tasks as requested by the Practice Manager or medical team

🌸 About You

Admin/office experience **REQUIRED**
Competent with Microsoft Office
Medical Reception & Best Practice software experience desired but not essential (all training provided)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional, caring, and patient-focused
Available for flexible casual shifts during the week (7:30am – 5:30pm)

👋🏻 WELCOME TO OUR NEW GP - DR MARYAM NIKKHESLAT 👋🏻

Appointments available from tomorrow afternoon (Thursday 12th March)

🌸 Dr Maryam Nikkheslat joins us from a nearby GP Clinic in Dalyellup. Originally from Iran, she completed her Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2007 and has over 16 years of experience working as a GP. She is passionate about providing patient-centred care and focuses on promoting long-term health and disease prevention within the community.

🌸 Dr Maryam has a special interest in mental health, chronic disease management, women’s health, and preventive medicine. She is committed to supporting patients through all stages of life and works collaboratively with them to develop personalised treatment and management plans.

🌸 Dr Maryam speaks English and Persian (Farsi) and welcomes patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
