Introducing the Big Freeze 11 Beanie!

This Big Freeze we’re daring the Australian community to come together, live it forward and march with us towards a world free of motor neurone disease (MND). We are choosing to fight against the Beast and in memory of those who can’t live it forward anymore.

The future of MND is yet to be written. It is now time for us to write it.

💙Individuals living with MND, along with their carers and family members are invited to join us for a relaxing day of care treatments in a welcoming space.

Saturday 29 March
10.30am - 2.30pm

✨Registration is essential.
Please visit the website to register. You will be asked to select your preferred treatments, allowing our team to schedule the day.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.

It’s a day for us all to honour the memories of those we have lost to su***de, and to support those going through tough times and living with the grief of losing someone.

The message today is: 'We all have a role to play'. A role to play in staying connected, supporting those we care about and helping those struggling access the help they need.

Today - and every day – let the people around you know you are there for them by asking 'are you OK?'. A conversation can change a life.
