Join Gyani for her last workshop of 2025 and re-set for the Xmas season. Learn pranayama (breathing practices) to calm, energise and balance.
Pranayama are the ancient yogic breathing techniques to consciously control the flow of breath to improve physical and mental health, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance the flow of energy in the body.
The session will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, leaving you feeling calm, restored and rejuvenated.
Suitable for all levels including beginners - will be either sitting (option to use chair) or laying down.
