There’s been lots of talk in the room lately about intuition - and I am LOVING IT!!

We live in a world that rewards logic, productivity, and external validation, listening to your intuition can feel completely alien.
We’re taught to rationalise, analyse, and prove. We are taught to think, not feel. The challenge with that approach is that when we’ve lived in survival mode, thinking (or anxiety) becomes louder and more convincing than intuition. It takes nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and practice to tell them apart.

Learning to distinguish between the voice of anxiety and the voice of intuition isn’t just a psychological skill, it’s an act of reclamation. It’s how we return to our wholeness, our sovereignty, and our self-trust.

Intuition lives in the body. It’s the quiet knowing that emerges when we slow down enough to listen.

“THE” feather just continuing to show up as for me and for those around me as a guide 😍 I absolutely LOVE that this was found by one of the ‘bloomers’ on their forest bathing at today’s In Bloom, On Purpose retreat - what are the chances!!! I want to express the deepest of gratitudes to the women that showed up today to share the space, it was an absolute privilege to spend the day with such incredible humans 🧡🪶🧡 Days like today don’t happen without you! So……I’m opening the door a little wider, excited to see who might walk through!

Creating Wild Heart Therapy is a dream come true for me, I’ve poured my own wild heart and soul into this space and I feel so deeply connected and proud of what it is growing into. So much more than a “just” a counselling or mental health support space - it’s a movement! A place where people learn what self-reclamation means on their own terms, in their own time. And now, I’m sensing the next quiet pull toward expansion, wondering who might feel called to be part of what’s next.

The initial contract will likely be for 12 months. It matters to me that this is a right fit. I’m seeking resonance - a genuine values match that feels right for both of us.

Good morning, Wild Hearts 🧡

I hope you all had a nourishing long weekend.

I’m thrilled to say I spent mine in ceremony with a circle of incredible women, guided by the powerful , diving into the ancient ritual of shamanic cacao. I felt especially open to learning how these sacred practices and intentions can weave into the work I offer through Wild Heart to support others in reclaiming their sense of self.

Over time, I’ve explored many healing modalities from all corners of the globe. I follow the ones I feel deeply called to. Healing comes in all forms, there is no right or wrong path.

And at the very least, I truly believe there’s a wild kind of healing that happens when women gather. It’s said that the world heals a little each time women come together in ceremony. I felt that this weekend.

🧡IN BLOOM, ON TIME🧡

This is the last in a small series if posts I’ve been doing to give you an idea of how the day will transpire. We’ve connected to themes of grounding, unfolding, blooming and finally we move into the “Seed” portion of our day.

This is where we land.
This is where we listen in.

SEED is not loud.
It doesn’t rush.
It doesn’t beg for attention.
It waits.
It roots.
It carries potential.

Now you ask:
What do I want to carry forward?
What parts of me deserve to be protected, nurtured, and planted with care?

This part of the retreat is where we envision.
Where we plant not just goals, but intentions with depth.
Where we choose, with reverence, what kind of life we’re actually creating.
Not for show,
but for the quiet moments,
the sacred mornings,

Through gentle reflection, ritual, creative integration, and quiet honoring, SEED will ask you:
