We recommend that every Australian, from the time they start primary school, pay their optometrist a visit at least every year until age 18, then every two years as an adult, and then yearly again after turning 65, unless otherwise directed, for a comprehensive eye examination.

Good vision for life is an Optometry Australia initiative to drive awareness of eye health and the role optometrists play in general health.

We encourage you to share these community resources across your own channels as you wish.
