A great little insight into EFT and how and why you can use it to feel better from one of the trainers I have been lucky enough to train with on Sunrise this week.

One of the things I love most about working with EFT is that not only can we work on dealing with BIG stuff in session, but that you can easily continue working with it for yourself at home on pretty much anything that is bothering you.

I have been a bit quiet on here over the past month or so, but there has been A LOT of great stuff going on behind the scenes!

I am really excited to be joining forces with the amazing team at Castieau Consultancy, and to be able to work with lots of lovely new people.

I will be at Castieau Consultancy on Wednesdays and Fridays with other appointments also available with me throughout the week for both in-person and online bookings.

I have limited my available online booking slots - so if you are unable to find a suitable slot, please drop me a message if you would like to book a session and we will find one that works.

Heather is an experienced Life/Wellness Coach and Clinical EFT Practitioner with over 20 years experience. She is trauma informed with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, anxiety and stress reduction and works with adults of all ages.

New clients seeking assistance can access Heather’s services immediately by emailing castieauconsultancy@gmail.com (please leave a contact number also) and Bronti will be in touch to schedule a session.

Please note that current clients of Castieau Consultancy can access Heather’s interventions as part of a holistic treatment plan. Heather’s somatic awareness, training, and knowledge of our physiological systems can assist in many ways as clients prepare for EMDR treatment with Beth, or as an adjunct to Hannetjie’s counselling.

She has immediate availability on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Are you setting some intentions for the coming year? Once we have reflected on our challenges, lessons and blessings from 2023 (see previous post) we can bring our attention to setting our intentions for the year to come.

This is not New Years resolutions - those unrealistic goals that set us up for almost certain failure, based around restriction, changing ourselves and comparison, because we don’t feel good enough.

NOPE! No thank you - not for us! We are already enough!

This is about setting intentions and yes, maybe even some goals if it feels good, around things we would like to practically achieve, but with an open, flexible and crucially loving energy.

What is the energy YOU would like to bring into 2024. (You, not anyone else…this can be challenging when we spend so much time focusing on everyone else in our lives!)

How would YOU like to feel?

What would YOU like to create?
What would YOU like to heal or release?

It is almost time to welcome in the fresh energy of the New Year and all it’s potential!
Before we do that, I invite you to take some time to reflect back on all the challenges, lessons and blessings of 2023.
This is a simple but powerful process I use every year that helps to us to get clear on where we are, how far we have come and primes our energy as we set our intentions for the new year to come.
