When its a Clary kinda arvo 💜

I did contemplate diffusing the restful Blend 😴 but its a tad early for that one😉

But I will be adding those oils to our diffuser in the bedroom for later 🥱😴😴💜

How do you start your morning?

Sipping on a warm glass of water first thing in the morning with 1 drop of Lemon Essential Oil and Cinnamon bark won't only help hydrate you it'll wake up that metabolism and help aide in digestion when you finally break the fast and start nourishing your body for the day 🙌🍋

Be careful when drinking not to get it all over your lips though because cinnamon bark is a hot oil and it can get a bit burny on your lips 😬

I also like to add the tiniest bit of cayenne pepper to really ramp up the digestion benefits by increasing gastric juices to help breakdown food 🙏

There's also evidence it helps increase good bacteria in the gut which is what we all aim to achieve.
