Birth Insights A range of programs for expectant parents who want to gain the most information to support them through pregnancy, birth and in the early parenting period.

Birth Insights is run by Down South Doulas to support expectant parents in the perinatal period. Information regarding pregnancy, birth and early parenting is provided in a group based setting by Doulas (birth attendants) and Child Birth Educators. Guest Speakers are also engaged to add to the process. Everything from birth positions to hypnosis, hosiptal birth to home birth ~ this is the space of open learning all all things pregnancy, birth and baby.
