This week at BNI Referral Leaders Bunbury, we had the chance to hear from Karl Moyse from Moshi Moshi – and there were some really powerful takeaways.

Karl shared more than just what he does in business… he reminded us how we show up matters just as much.

His biggest message that stood out for me:
Language is power.

The way we communicate can either break relationships or build them. It’s a tool, a skill, and something we should all be intentional about improving – in business and in life.

What Karl and the Moshi Moshi team deliver:

At BNI Referral Leaders Bunbury this morning, we had the chance to hear from Teena at Checked and Balanced WA — and it was a great reminder of just how important the right bookkeeper is.

Teena doesn’t just “do the books”… she helps business owners:

This week at BNI Referral Leaders Bunbury, our feature presentation was from Helen Povey - LJ Ho**er South West WA.

Helen opened with a great reminder:

“Do something today that your future self will thank you for.”

A big takeaway from Helen’s presentation is that getting a property appraisal is completely free, and it’s often the first step in helping people start planning their future. Helen is there to support, guide and help people prepare for what comes next, whether that’s selling now or simply understanding their options.

What really stood out was Helen’s focus on truth and honesty. These values are what she has built her reputation on in the South West property market.

Alongside helping buyers and sellers, Helen also contributes to the industry as a REIWA trainer, helping educate and support other real estate professionals.

Thank you Helen for a fantastic presentation and for sharing your knowledge with the group.
