✨Anti-Inflammatory & Gluten-Free Grass-Fed Beef Jerky✨

Ingredients:
- Grass-fed beef (thinly sliced)
- Soy sauce
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Curry powder
- Sweet chili sauce
- Turmeric

Instructions:
1. Marinade:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together into the beef until well combined and ensuring all is completely coated.
2. Chill:
Cover and place the marinated beef in the fridge to let it soak up the flavours for 48 hours.
3. Dehydrate:
After marinating, place the beef slices in your dehydrator. Dehydrate for about 8 hours or until you reach your preferred texture (soft or crispy). Depends on your dehydrator also.

This refreshing Italian Tomato Salad is a weekly staple in our home! It’s simple to make, can be eaten with almost everything and the ingredients can be adjusted to your personal taste.

Ingredients:
- Fresh tomatoes (any variety you like)
- Cucumbers
- Purple onion
- Celtic sea salt
- Olive oil
- Fresh or dried oregano

Method:
1. Prepare the Veggies:
- Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly.
- Chop into into bite-sized pieces
- Thinly slice the purple onion

2. Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, gently mix the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and purple onion together.

3. Season:
- Drizzle oil over the salad.

Hello there! I’m Alyce — the face behind A.L.S Nutrition and Wellness Co.

I’m a dedicated Functional Nutritionist, passionate advocate for holistic health — and above all, a proud mum to two beautiful girls, Alexa and Summer (pictured here with me).

Becoming a mother has been the most transformative and meaningful experience of my life. It’s shaped the way I approach wellness, not just for myself, but for my family and the clients I work with. It’s what inspired me to dig deeper — to move beyond surface-level “fixes” and uncover the true foundations of health.

Like many of you, I’ve faced my own health challenges — feeling unwell, disconnected, and unsure of what my body truly needed. Through becoming a Functional Nutritionist, I was able to identify the root causes and heal myself naturally. That transformation lit a fire in me to help others do the same.

One thing became crystal clear: so much of our health starts in the gut. From energy and mood to hormones and immunity to name a few — the gut is at the core of it all. That’s why gut health is my speciality and the foundation of the work I do. When we support the gut, we create the conditions for the entire body to heal and thrive.

I believe in the transformative power of food and a holistic, root-cause approach to health — one that helps you truly tune into your body, nourish it deeply, and restore balance from the inside out.

As a mother, I also understand how important education is — especially today, in a world where the food industry and a medication-first mindset often overshadow real, sustainable healing.

So many of us have gone through endless appointments and “band-aid” solutions that never addressed the deeper imbalances. That’s why I do this work. To help uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, and to offer personalised, compassionate support so you can reclaim your energy, your health, and your joy — for yourself and your family. Because true wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s about honouring your bio-individuality and becoming the healthiest version of you.
