Our latest post - it's not necessarily about the grieving you may be expecting but grieving no less. 2024 has seen so much change - even though the world has changed drastically since 2020. And the way the last couple of weeks have gone - the saying of some is "strap on your seat belts and hang on!".

If you're being challenged with change and faced with information opposite to (or very different from) what you were taught to believe, please make sure you are doing something to manage that stress. It is tough and sometimes heartbreaking.
