Spring is almost here, which means that it's time to dust off your trainers and book your place for a traipse (or two) around the Leschenault Inlet. This year's 10 km run or 5km walk or run is on Sunday 12th October and is in support of Harbour and Nixi Family Drivers Program. We'd love to see you there 😁

Today is the last chance to get your name on your bib or order a T shirt when you register! There are just under 3 weeks to go until this year's Women's Fun Run and Walk! On the morning of Sunday 13th October, it will be a 5 km run or walk or 10 km run around the Leschenault Inlet. Join us! 😄

Our free 6 week walk/run training program starts next Tuesday the 5th at the Bunbury Runners Club!

Catering for women of all fitness levels 5.15pm for a 5.30pm start. This is an interval style session around the oval that incorporates walking and jogging or just walking!

Bring any questions you have about the event, our volunteers are here to help!!

No need to register for the training sessions, just turn up!

The ultimate way to share a placenta nicely! A velamentous cord insertion is where the cord courses through the membranes before it reaches the placenta. This is not usually ideal but when the placenta is shared, having the placental cord insertions as far apart as possible is a stroke of luck. This placenta belonged to beautiful identical twin boys born today. 🥳

As we enjoy our last few days without mandatory masks in many places, here's a reminder that it's time to upgrade if you're thinking of digging out your cloth mark. Omicron is highly is so infectious a surgical mask is better and a N95 or KN95 even better. Buy some decent masks (and wear them properly) - we get to worry about RATs later; you can't buy what you can't source!

If you’re still wearing a cloth or surgical mask when you’re out and about, it’s time to rethink your face covering.
