Sophia graduated from the University of Australia with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, following completion of a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. With a strong interest in preventative foot health, she is committed to delivering personalised, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s lifestyle.

Sophia values building genuine connections with her patients and works hard to create a comfortable, positive experience at every visit. Outside of work, she likes keeping active, enjoys discovering new food spots, and has a love for music.

Kevin’s practical taping demo for plantar heel pain has been available on our page for a while now but it remains one of the most useful, easy-to-follow strategies for relieving discomfort and supporting your foot during activity. We often use variations of this technique in the management of plantar heel pain. 👣

And since it also happens to be Kevin’s birthday today, it feels like the perfect excuse to give his video another watch. 🎂😂
