☕ Conscious Cuppa Special ...
– The Deep Closing of a Nine-Year Cycle
There’s a hum underneath everything right now —
a low, ancient vibration in the body that says,
“Something is ending… and something else is rising.”
It’s not loud.
It’s not dramatic.
It’s the kind of shift you feel in the marrow —
in the way you breathe,
the way you wake,
the way your soul keeps nudging you to pause
and listen.
We’re standing at the threshold of a 9-year cycle completing.
And if you’ve been feeling tender, restless, cracked open, or strangely alive…
you’re not imagining it.
A nine-year cycle is a sacred spiral —
a journey through identity, ego, love, loss, remembering, forgetting, and returning home to yourself.
It strips you,
sutures you,
softens you,
strengthens you.
It breaks the outdated armour and exposes the gold.
Year Nine is not the year of striving.
It is the year of release.
Completion.
Integration.
The exhale before the next inhalation of your life.
This part of the cycle asks us to unclench.
To surrender the heaviness we’ve normalised.
To stop dragging stories that no longer belong to the woman we’re becoming.
And as we move toward 2026, something deep in me isn’t asking for goals…
It’s asking for truth.
For spaciousness.
For foundations that feel like devotion rather than discipline.
The question pulsing through me is this:
✨ What foundation does my soul want to stand on next? ✨
Not a foundation built from fear, hustle, or proving.
But one made of:
🌑 grounded nervous-system peace
🔥 pleasure that reconnects you to life
🌿 rituals that nourish instead of numb
💗 relationships that touch you, not drain you
🌙 creativity that comes from spirit, not survival
🫁 breath — real breath — not the shallow inhale of getting through the day
Year One — the next chapter — is where the seeds go in the soil.
Yet the soil has to be softened first.
Cleared.
Opened.
Made ready.
So I’m asking myself — and I’m asking you, softly yet truthfully:
• What are you finally ready to lay down?
• What version of you is whispering, “Let me go”?
• What pain has served its purpose and can now be honoured… and released?
• What foundation would allow the real you — the wild you, the wise you, the woman beneath the armour — to rise?
Let this chapter close like a ritual.
Not rushed.
Not forced.
Yet with reverence — like you’re placing the old version of you gently at the feet of something sacred.
You don’t need to know the plan.
You just need to trust the pull.
That deep, body-level knowing that the next cycle isn’t asking you to try harder —
it’s asking you to become truer.
The cycle is closing.
The portal is opening.
And the woman you’re becoming is already waiting for you on the other side.
See you there
