Hot Stone Massage uses hot basalt stones and oil (coconut) to assist with massaging the body. Stones are both manoeuvred and placed on the body. Hot stone Massage may assist with. - Relaxation - Improving Circulation - Lymphatic drainage - relieving muscles aches and tension -natural detoxification - increase blood flow. Hot stone massage is a very nurturing and relaxing massage with the whole body mind and soul benefits from.

Introducing

Crown & Ground

This is a beautiful combination of offerings for complete relaxation. Perfect for Winter. No need to fully undress. A toast warm heated throw for some extra comfort is also available .

We start with a warm magnesium and detoxing clay foot soak when you arrive. while you soak your feet we will have a wellness check in. A heart centred chat to check in where you are at and how i can help on the day.
Then a relaxing Indian Head massage. This includes massage techniques for the head, neck, shoulders, upper back, upper chest/ decolletage and face with the aid of warm coconut oil and some Lomi lomi flow.

next we move to the table where you can fully relax your body laying down as i treat your feet to some reflexology, relaxing warm coconut oil massage on the lower legs and feet and a warm towel to wipe down before grounding you to send you on your way.

This is a hands on workshop where you will learn all about flower essences what they are, what they aren't ( hint not essential oils). You will also get the opportunity to make up you on remedy to take home on the day.
Option to purchase 2 tickets for a cheaper price or pay cash on the day. Registration is required for either.

🎶Sound relaxation is on again at on the 31st.
It's such a beautiful way to relax into your evening and week in general.
