Are you seeing it, recognizing where or how the conversation your avoiding, the exchange of thought or feeling is linked to the pattern / the behaviour.

If we take a look at what has come to surface in the way of needs, wants, cravings, desires... which of them if any, are being honoured.

This is one of the ways in which we might be being asked to do it differently. To make the choice. Not from the wounded place but for the wounded place. 🩷

There are also some big shifts in the way of seeking what was not and feeling disheartened or altered by the response when it returns to be something we didn't quite expect or want.

But this is only a fuel in the divine fire that is asking you to burn brighter in the way of what you truly need and or want.

Where are you the advocate for it all , where are you honouring the internal truth speaking that's going on.

There is so much being said here in the pause, in the response, in the listening of self and what part of her is really calling out right now, with what need she has.

We are offered an opportunity to do it differently, to make a choice or a change that ripples way further than just us or what we can see. But in some way and on some level doing what we can or know we can do differently for 'the better' and for truth we internally feel at this time, is aligned.

This is also where we needn't do it alone. But some parts needs us to rise to the occasion independently.

The openess of every woman arriving here today, to land in a sense of community was something else. 🩷

To celebrate and embrace the growing of a network of women who all offer some form or path of feminine wisdom was rich in every way.

I don't think we always see ourselves the way we should, especially through systems that glorify living in disembodied ways. To have one another to speak with, share our stories with, our truth and feel the value of our gifts is a pool of wealth I will forever feel grateful to be within and around.

This was sacred in simplicity.

Through every hug and exchange here today I felt the vision that I have been building coming alive. And it honestly makes me want to cry, for I know what it has been for me to birth it.

It wasn't even so much in what we had or brought to offer, but more in how it was we chose to arrive and how when we did we opened our hearts for connection.

This was the first community network held and there is something magical about noting this.

I will be sitting with the threads of today and feeling where it is it would like to be or keep going. But it's already growing.

Through each and every one of us. ✨️

Not speaking too much to what they can do or don't do, but rather what it is they offer to us as our own emotional and energetic allies; based on the experience we feel with them.

As we embark upon this relational journey with their presence we begin finding along the way all of our own. ✨️

And in that we may find rest to feel held and lovingly guided as they show us the way.

A way for connection, for healing, for deeper discovery, for joy and more.

Our truth is wild like an open flame,
one we can not hide.

Although there may have been times we tried. It stands against the test of time.

The ambers are always warm, the ground always held, and when there is spark✨️, it comes to life.

Through our will and our remembrance, it ignites. 🔥

The way we tend it, the way we come to be in awe of it, and the way we learn the will alongside the respect for it,

feeds it power. 🤍

We are not always a light, but when we are, it's important that we acknowledge this light.

We honour its feed, its beauty, its energy.

And in doing so,

we learn of how it can rise.
Of how it can exist in its on wild line.

Blazing in the way it was always meant to.
Like it was our birth right.

"Thank you so much for my reading. I feel deeply appreciative for all that our session was..I received so much more than I had expected. All though coming into our reading not knowing what or how it might go, prior to our session I journalled on it and I knew I didnt have any questions but an openness to receiving whatever might come to me and wow so much came through you. I always slightly sceptical with new people giving me readings, but when we started with a drop in meditation I felt your power & gifts for this work. I love what came through for you to share with me, very on point, very affirming to where & what I'm doing in work & my personal life. I was moved at the core with a particular message you had around a friend in the spirit world, something I'm deeply reflecting on who I was before & after that life experience. Arriving here,

Thank you for seeing me and witnessing this message.

Today I am coming in with the aliveness that I feel in my own heart. A sensation of burning baggage, emptying expectation, releasing binds of threads loosening and seeing some completely now unbound from my reality.

There is still for me a deep shedding, purification on all levels occurring and the intimacy of being with what is emerging. I feel no urgency here to create what I sense is opening for me and this space this year; instead a call to embrace the faith as I enter the beginning of a new cycle and unmet expression that I am freshly learning to walk with.

There is magic, like I have never known in this form before, manifesting into the physical and reshaping how it is I am willing, wanting and choosing to redirect my own energy to show up, to rest, to create, to find my rhythm in real time. Reality is reweaving. ✨️

I am gentle here, wild and also untamed. In my backyard half naked dancing and watching the wind through the flames. My plant allies, guardians and sacred keepers all softly coaching me along out of what has felt like the weight of a deep slumber. No force, no push no rush. These final moments are the juiciest and most rewarding parts, as we experience the closing of our own chapters, the opening of new books and quite possibly even entirely new roles or parts.

Here is to the bravery and the courage in our hearts.

What I love about meeting with past versions of ourselves is that where we are in our journey, what we face and are leaning into or becoming, it is the exact same angle of where and what the previous version held and believed that now presents as the 'limited self.'

Our versions and states of self are being influenced by the changing of the seasons and our cycles, and so when there are these pivotal points that we see and connect to, we are recognizing the very nature of our own evolution. I just find that so fascinating, remarkable and incredibly beautiful.

To think that it's not just 'walking each other home', but walking all parts of our self home too. Each version past present and future.

If we can access a love like that, a self awareness in the journey of our own realization, we can hold ourselves in deeper reverence and build upon a more compassionate nature towards all of our self.

For me that is the mystic walking. The journey towards our own enlightening. Becoming closer and closer to our connection with our place of source and creation.

So when the past version of yourself rises and states what she needs or you see where her needs have been unmet; do what you can to help her integrate and find new meaning.

It's about all of who and what we are belonging. And its the parts that don't feel like they belong that often hold us in shame, story and disconnection from feeling like we are or could be at home, in the world.

Sparks flicker and ignite my heart like wild fire.
She begins burning with ambition,
Growing brighter and wider.
Steadfast I am, as I surrender to listen.
Resting with her, here in deep intuition.
The visions they glow, grow and glisten.
Life is drumming more magic to be found, with the invitation to be held in the arms of the now. I feel supported to let go of whys, what's, how's and when, as I learn to trust in the flame of mystery again.

How is it you are presenting within yourself right now.
How is that the same or different to the way you are presenting in the world.

I keep hearing,
"It's really good or it's really bad."
"It's really right, or it's really wrong,"

And its this way of " it has to be here or there, one or the other " way of thinking that has many in the inward spiral of their new beginning.

This time of this season holds for us great light that comes as a stirring for new life, new ways of doing things, and change of being.

Being pulled inward to see this and view this within ourselves first is how we speak to what is coming. What beginning and end is occurring. With clarity and decisiveness.

This time is a transitional portal, one of which we are still slowly moving through.

If we strip away the noise, the pressure, the 'should' and embrace it in the way it feels nourishing for us too; we find our alignment by being presented when presented with our next move.

There is a lot for us in being here now' in the in-between transitional space.

And there is so much still landing, unfurling, or catching up to where we are as we are.
And that's okay.

For those who have arrived in a physical sense of your new beginning, maybe there are fragmented aspects still finding their feet in where you are.

How is your emotional state.
How is your energy, your nervous system, your health presenting.
What do you need during the times of your change and transitioning.

It is more times than not that transformation happens within us before it takes true form around us.

The thing with authenticity is that we have a lost our way of freedom, to be or do anything other than what we are through the world heavily shown to.

Every step towards something different, something 'for us more true', feels radical when it is the thing we pursue.

I had this beautiful metaphor wash over me this morning, of how in nature, (our wild authenticity), there is no 'belief' in authenticity. There is rather a zero point of simply existing and each plant, tree, flower, etc simply grows and shapes in truth.

There is no judgement in the way they sense one another nearby, and they miraculously find ways to adapt and align, or carry out support for eachother in one way or another.

I love this as the key. The key in how if we embrace the truth of authenticity our environments have no choice but to adapt and meet us where we are. As opposed to our common behaviour in altering ourselves to adapt to the greater world.

This form of suppression wasn't meant to happen, we have just gotten so clever surviving in the false structures of a system that have conditioned us to think otherwise.

Reflective pieces ✨️

Find 3 things in your environment outside (a rock, a flower, the sun etc..) gaze upon them and begin to notice the details of their existence. How they relate to one another, how they are situated by eachother, where they are experiencing their deepest levels of authenticity and even mirroring that through one another. Journal as you ponder this.

There are times when our heart learns to only trust where it is it has not been hurt before.
Yet, all in the same beat, it can yearn for something more.

Who is it that listens;
Who is it that decides;
Upon what fragmented particles of the debris floating around from hidden past hurt and memory can walk home, arrive here and align.

I have arrived to see that where there is fragmentation there is also background charge of emotion. It can lay dormant until the container to work with it feels ready. The container is you, your body, your capacity and your consciousness to self awareness. Until than, the fragmented debris of what remains unseen or yet to be understood can be lost in its translation.

This charge builds without knowing, and it becomes the perception of the projection in our human story. Meaning it shapes our reality to be seen through a lens, that protects us from it being felt or ever harmed again. This could also be known as self-armoring.

I have been learning that there is magic in the shadow here when looking beyond the walls we build for ourselves to be in. In the unseen and often deemed not always acceptable parts held neatly away or kept aside. Through this potential there is a corridor that one must travel down and through, when they are ready. One that embarks them upon a unique journey of forgiveness and self mastery. I have found this raw, at times unfathomable but overall exquisite really.

I have often felt blows to the heart through my sensitive nature and the human experience and it has taken me some time to bounce back from them when they hit hard. What I have learnt is that it is our resilience and our vulnerability to 'keep going' that ultimately leads back into an open heart.

Where is your gaze set? Are your eyes looking through the eyes of love? Are your eyes seeing the lost and hidden fragmented parts. Is there a place provided for them to return to love.
