Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Total Care is on the lookout for dedicated Support Workers who are eager to join our team and help our clients reach their full potential.

Requirements:
- A passion for working with our clients to help them achieve their goals.
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (Disability) or working towards it.
- Worker Screening Card (yellow card).
- Working with Children Card (blue card).
- First Aid Cert and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain/refresh).
- Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, sleepover shifts, and trips with clients.

Remuneration is based on qualifications and experience, with annual reviews. Total Care provides continuous training to staff who demonstrate initiative and a drive to advance their careers within the industry.
