United Support Services is pleased to announce a job opportunity for a part-time or full time HR and Compliance Officer position.

Key Responsibilities:

✨Support Management team in recruitment and onboarding
✨Employee relations, compliance in accordance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards commission
✨ Maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
✨Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures
✨ Contribute to projects that improve organisational culture and staff wellbeing

Skills & Experience:

✨Strong organisational and communication skills
✨Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
✨ A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
✨ Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office
✨ Experience with Audits and Managing 20+ people

Preferred Experience:
