Key Responsibilities:

✨Support Management team in recruitment and onboarding
✨Employee relations, compliance in accordance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards commission
✨ Maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
✨Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures
✨ Contribute to projects that improve organisational culture and staff wellbeing

Skills & Experience:

Qualifications & Experience:

You might've heard us mention it here and there, but we thought it was time to properly spill the beans… we've got an epic new spot at the CQUniversity Campus in Bundaberg 🎓

We're so excited to keep uni students, professors, and visitors fuelled up and happy before they head off to their next lecture or study session. Good food makes everything better, right?

What makes this extra special for us is being able to show up in these spaces with more representation for people with disabilities. More visibility, more inclusion, and more opportunities for everyone.

We understand there may be some confusion regarding an NDIS investigation involving a company listed on the NDIS Commission’s Public Enforcement Register. United Support Services Australia is not the provider mentioned in the article released and we are not banned by the NDIS Commission.

We want to clarify that we are a separate and distinct entity and have no affiliation with any listed companies. We have never been investigated by the NDIS.

Making public accusations without supporting evidence is not only irresponsible, it’s potentially defamatory.

If a provider is officially banned, their name appears on the NDIS Commission’s public enforcement register — and United Support Services Australia is not listed.

We have found another company with a similar name, that IS LISTED, that we believe some have confused us with.

We are committed to providing quality services and maintaining the highest standards of integrity. We appreciate your vigilance in safeguarding our NDIS community.
