Been a relaxing few weeks in our household while on holidays, I even had the chance to update some photos of Lake for around the house over my Christmas break. Although I am definitely looking forward to being back next week, I can’t wait to see many of your beautiful faces! 😍

For those who have messaged the page recently - I’m not ignoring you all I promise. I’ve had a few issues with FB business suite, A LOT of spam messages come through and I can’t load any messages from clients at all 😕 I’ve reported this to business suite so hopefully will be sorted soon 🤞🏼

📱I also ask that clients please refrain from contacting via SMS at the moment if possible as I’m struggling to keep track with who I have replied to, and this also makes it hard to locate any information sent through at your next appointment. I usually try respond to texts between clients and lately haven’t had much time to do so with back to back/double booked appointments, so until business suite is fixed it would be appreciated if we could please refer to emails for any messages/attachments 🙏🏼

I can understand how frustrating this is for clients who have tried to contact the page, and I do apologise for the inconvenience. I ask for a bit more patience while I sort this out.

🚨 ATTENTION 🚨

The TGA has recently announced more changes to the way we communicate and advertise cosmetic injectable treatments. These new changes make it incredibly difficult for us as providers to legally advertise and be transparent with what services we offer.

Language such as ‘Anti Wrinkle injections’ and ‘Dermal Fillers’ are no longer able to be used in advertising.
Alongside these terms, we also cannot legally advertise or disclose product/drug names (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, etc).

Patient education remains my primary focus to ensure all clients seeking treatment are able to make informed healthcare decisions. Understandably the TGA make these decisions to protect consumers, however this remains to present challenges as an injector/clinic.

There will be some changes made to the business pages and booking site which will reflect these new laws. I will also pin this post to both Facebook & Instagram pages for any new clients who are unsure as to why we cannot advertise under these terms.

In the meantime, if anyone can come up with a universal name to refer to these services I’m all ears 😅🩶
