NDIS Bio:
Hello. My name is Helen Alexander. As a Social Worker who was a late comer to education. I have completed a Diploma of Community Services (Welfare Studies), and a Bachelor of Social Work. I have had 22 years experience in the community welfare sector. My experience has included working across a number of services- NDIS support, Homelessness-families, Domestic and Family violence,Youth Work, Mental Health work and Maternity andPaediatrics.

I have had 6 years of Psycho-Social NDIS experience, where I was employed as a Support Co-ordinator. I worked with people leading up to the introduction of the NDIS in Bundaberg in October 2016. I am basically NDIS self-taught,as most of us had to be back then. I am a strong advocate for people living with a disability receiving the supports they need, when and how they need them, to enjoy independence and to live the life that they choose.

Hello, I’m Kristy Mallinson, a passionate Support Worker,Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with All In One Support Solutions. I specialise in mental health, psychology, and psychosocial support, and my goal is simple — to make a positive difference in people’s everyday lives.

Over the years, I’ve learned that support isn’t just about services — it’s about connection, trust, and understanding. Every person’s journey is unique, and I believe in helping people find the confidence and clarity to move toward their goals, one step at a time.

Starting a new chapter with All In One Support Solutions has been incredibly exciting. It’s a place where I can combine professional skills with genuine care, working alongside people to break down barriers and build stronger, more independent futures.

Through this blog, I’ll be sharing insights from my experiences, thoughts on mental health and wellbeing, and a few reflections from the heart — all with the hope of starting meaningful conversations about the power of support.

Will be under strict parole supervision with check in weekly and police will need to attend property..
