With Asthma week coming to an end, and spring beginning - Here are a few tips to tackling your asthma this season! 🫶🏼

1. Use a spacer with pressurised devices - Less medication is lost in the mouth, and more reaches the lungs.

2. Use your preventer. Whilst relievers are great in times of emergency or before exercise - Adhering to your daily preventer helps to avoid asthma attacks and improve asthma control.

3. Manage your thunderstorm asthma - If you are a person who experiences asthma triggered by grass pollen in the air, you might find it worsens during thunderstorms as explained by pharmacist Toni
