π Jaydene β Day Services Coordinator
Jaydene leads our day services program with warmth, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping every participant shine. She works closely with families, support workers, and participants to ensure everyone feels supported, welcomed, safe, and included. Her creativity, organisation, and commitment to providing meaningful, ability-focused activities make our program strong and successful every week.
π Michael β Team Leader
Michael brings extensive experience in workplace health and safety, supporting the team to maintain safe and positive environments every day. His calm nature, reliability, and strong leadership ensure that activities run smoothly and that participants feel secure and supported. Michael is always willing to help, guide, and encourage both staff and participants.
β€οΈ Tianne β Support Worker
Tianne has a long history working in the Child Safety field and with complex and challenging behaviours. She is patient, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to participant wellbeing. Having worked with Caring Hearts for many years, she knows our participants well and always goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels understood, respected, and supported.
π Ann β Support Worker
Ann is one of our long-standing Caring Hearts staff members and is loved by many participants. She has worked across our 24-hour care homes and in the community providing one-on-one supports. Ann brings kindness, patience, and a joyful presence to our program, always promoting participant choice, happiness, independence, and confidence.
π Hayley β Support Worker
Hayley has been part of the Caring Hearts family for the past few years. Her friendly, easy-going personality makes her a favourite in our day services program. She connects naturally with participants, brings a gentle calmness to challenging moments, and contributes to a positive, happy and inclusive environment every day.
π Neil β Support Worker
Neil has quickly become an integral part of our program. He shows strong dedication to following procedures, supporting participants safely, and helping maintain our facilities. Neil assists with yard care, garden maintenance, bus pick-ups, and animal care, and he supports participants with kindness, patience, and reliability.
