🚦 Exciting News! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚦

Our participants have kicked off their brand new Road Safety Course!

Using local parks and community infrastructure, they’re getting hands on experience learning how to safely navigate roads, crossings, and everyday environments.

This practical approach builds confidence, independence, and real life skills in a fun and supportive way. Our team is working up to doing a fully supported bus trip around town.

Sunshine, smiles, and plenty of fun at Day Services today! ☀️🪁⚾️

We made the most of the beautiful weather with some T-ball action and kite flying in the park. There were big hits, high-flying kites, and even bigger laughs!

It’s always amazing to see everyone giving things a go, supporting each other, and building confidence while having a great time outdoors. Days like this are what Day Services is all about 💙

SPLASH ZONE ACTIVATED 💦😄

Our legends hit the pool and it was all fun, floats, and a whole lot of laughter! From kicking goals (and water!) to showing off some serious swimming skills, everyone got involved and gave it a go 🙌

There were smiles, splashes, and maybe even a few surprise soakings 👀😂

Swimming days = happy days! It’s all about building confidence, staying active, and having an absolute blast with mates 🏊‍♂️

🦙💚 What a day at Zam Zook Alpaca Farm! 💚🦙

Our Day Services participants all had an incredible animal therapy outing Friday and absolutely loved it! There were plenty of smiles, laughter, gentle hugs, kisses, and special moments shared with the alpacas 🥰

A beautiful reminder of how powerful animal therapy can be for well-being and connection.

Thank you Zam Zook Alpaca Farm for such a wonderful day. We can’t wait to return!

With a twinkle in his eye and a sack full of cheer, Santa himself paid us a very special visit! 🎅❄️ He spent precious time with every participant, sharing smiles, stories, and Christmas magic — with photos capturing each joyful moment along the way 📸✨

Santa even brought along his helpful little elf, sprinkling extra fun and festive wonder wherever they went! 🧝‍♂️💫

Our participants had a great time exploring the Mon Repos Turtle Centre in Bargara, QLD! 🐢✨
They got hands-on with heaps of cool, interactive displays and learned all about our amazing sea turtles. Such a fun and inspiring day connecting with nature and conservation! 🌊💚

After 12 months of hard work, dedication, private lessons, and LOTS of rehearsals, our amazing participants took the stage at DMDA Dance Company’s annual recital — and they shined brighter than ever! ✨

They danced their hearts out in front of a wonderful crowd who cheered and clapped from beginning to end.

A huge Thank You to the staff who don't always get to learn the dance but definitely danced it like professionals !
