🌸🎨 Easter Arts & Crafts Fun! 🎨🌸

We’re excited to share that our Easter Arts & Crafts day was a massive success! 🐰🌼
Our wonderful participants got creative, connected, and had lots of laughs along the way. Here’s a little look at all the amazing activities we enjoyed:

🎁 Creating Wrapping Paper

A fun and expressive way to boost fine motor skills, creativity, and sensory development while fostering a sense of achievement!

🧲 Painting Fridge Magnets

Hands-on activities like this support hand-eye coordination, patience, and focus, while giving participants a beautiful piece to proudly take home. 🏡

💌 Making Custom Easter Cards

Crafting cards encourages literacy, communication skills, and self-expression, perfect for building confidence and sharing joy with loved ones. 💕

🐇 Creating Hopping Bunnies

Combining movement and crafting builds problem-solving abilities and imagination, while promoting fine and gross motor skills through hands-on, engaging fun!

🍞 Enjoying Delicious Hot Cross Buns

Sharing a tasty Easter treat together fosters social interaction, community participation, and encourages positive mealtime experiences. 🍽️

🎉🐰 A Wonderful Surprise Visit from the Easter Bunny!

Our day was made even more magical with an unexpected visit from the Easter Bunny! This special moment created joy, excitement, and memorable social interactions, helping to build emotional wellbeing and community spirit.

We loved seeing the creativity, smiles, and excitement shine through every project and moment. 💖

🌟 What a Wonderful Day at Park Day! 🌟

We’re thrilled to share that our recent Park Day was a HUGE success! 🎉🌳

Our amazing participants had a fantastic time enjoying a day full of fun, learning, and connection. Here’s a glimpse of the activities we shared together:

🥙 Healthy Lunch Time – A delicious spread of wraps and homemade banana cake! 🍌🍰

Nutritious meals are not just delicious; they support healthy living and help with energy and wellbeing, promoting overall physical health and wellness.

🤸‍♂️ Play and Interaction on the Park Equipment – So much fun! 🌞

Playtime fosters gross motor skills development, building strength and coordination. It also encourages social interaction among participants, supporting their emotional and mental wellbeing.

🦓 Learning About Animals at the Zoo 🦒

Engaging with animals helps to develop communication skills and provides valuable opportunities for learning about nature and environmental awareness.

🐒 Meeting the Curator and Feeding the Monkeys 🍃

An exciting chance to interact with professionals, building skills in following instructions, engagement, and boosting self-esteem. Participants also gained insights into animal care and curatorial roles, sparking interest in new fields and passions!

We couldn’t have asked for a better day, and we’re already looking forward to our next adventure together! ✨

🎞 Movie starts: 10:30 AM (finishes around 12:00 PM)
🥪 Picnic & games in the park after the movie (BYO packed lunch)
🏡 Drop-offs at: 1:30 PM

Adults: $18
Concession: $17
Children: $16

💰 Cash payment to be given to support staff at pickup so tickets can be purchased.

Wetside Get-a-way Itinerary

Event Date: Wednesday, 15th January 2025

8:30 am – Pickup
Staff will do the pickups at 8:30am

10:00 am – Arrive at Wetside Water Park
Kickstart the day with water park fun! Splash, play, and enjoy the cool vibes.

11:00 am – Morning Tea
Enjoy some light refreshments before diving back into the fun.

12:00 pm – ‘Build Your Burger’ Lunch
Get creative and build your perfect burger! A delicious lunch for everyone to enjoy.

1:00 pm – Slides, Ninja Course & More Fun
Water Slides ($8 for 10 slides – optional)
Ninja Course ($6 for 3 goes – optional)
Continue with water park activities and explore the All Abilities Playground.

2:15 pm – Afternoon Tea
Wind down with a snack and some chill time.

2:30 pm – Pack-Up Time
Everyone helps clean up and gather belongings.

3:00 pm – Hit the Road
Depart Wetside Water Park and head back home.

5:00 pm – Home Sweet Home
Arrive back at the meeting point after a fantastic day!

What to Bring:

Swimmers, towel, sunscreen, water bottle, and extra money for slides and Ninja course if desired.
