I dont get a chance to take on more clients often. But since I have returned from surgery and getting back into the swing of things, I'm happy to say I am opening my availability again.

Quick few things for those that don't know me.
- I have a Bachelor Degree in Medical Science, where I majored in Nutrition and minored in Exercise Sport Science.
- I have been lifting weights and going to the gym for the last 16 years.
- I have tried and experimented with every FAD diet using myself as a guinea pig
- I believe that lifting is a solid combination of Science and Violence
- My partner and I have a young son named Sterling.
