An important illustration on the different approaches to listening. In relation to therapeutic support, one approach would be used when a particular agenda becomes the most important outcome. When workers listen to understand, the information is taken in and absorbed. The information changes us and then we have the ability to bring change.

Hi friends! The Council has been planning where to install Changing Places accessible change rooms and toilet facilities. These spaces will increase accessibility for people with a disability in places of interest. Could you please help to raise awareness of this survey so that the most needed area is identified?
