Let's talk about Tension Headaches 🧠
A lot of the time, this comes from the muscles in your neck and upper shoulders working harder than they should. The big ones that usually cause trouble are your Upper Trapezius, Levator Scapulae, Sternocleidomastoid, Masseter, and the small Suboccipital muscles at the base of your skull.
When these muscles tighten up, they can pull through the neck, create pressure behind the eyes, and even trigger pain that feels like it wraps around your head.
A focused massage through these areas can help release the tension, improve blood flow, and give your head and neck some breathing space again.
Sometimes easing the right muscles brings a surprising amount of relief. 🌿
