The wall at Body & Soul Remedial Massage has had a little refresh and it’s looking clear, more aligned and full of intention.

If you know me, you’ll know I’m an all or nothing kind of person. When I get an idea I want to do everything right away. But with the shift in direction both personally and in business, I’m learning to slow down, trust the process and stay present.

Body & Soul is becoming more than just remedial massage. It’s evolving into something deeper and more connected.
A space for gentle healing and support that truly honours the body and soul.

This new display is part of that. A little calmer, more considered and aligned with where we’re headed.

Important Notice Regarding Health Fund Invoicing

Please be aware that booking a remedial massage and then requesting a relaxation treatment on the day, while still expecting a remedial invoice, is not permitted.

As a registered remedial therapist, I am bound by strict health fund and association guidelines. Issuing an inaccurate invoice places my professional membership at risk. This could result in the loss of my provider status, removal from my professional association, and restrictions on joining any future associations.

If you choose to receive a relaxation massage instead of the booked remedial treatment, the invoice will reflect that and will not be eligible for health fund claiming. The appropriate rate for relaxation massage will also apply.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping me maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.

New Prices Effective June 1, 2025

With the rising costs of supplies and running a small business, a slight price increase will take effect from June 1. This decision wasn’t easy, but it allows me to continue delivering the quality and personalised service you deserve.

I do my best to keep my services accessible and affordable, and it means so much to have your continued support.

Can’t find a time that suits you?

Just a friendly reminder that I work full-time for an amazing local company manufacturing playgrounds, so weekday availability can be a little tight.
But don’t worry! I’m always happy to try and fit you in for an afternoon or evening appointment when I can.

I might be a full-time playground manufacturer - part-time muscle fixer, but your well-being is always a top priority.
