I could just list a bunch of Qualifications, note what experience I have (all of which are extensive), however I firmly believe that the best teachers are those who have suffered what you have suffered and can relate to what you have and are experiencing. Those who have used the tools they teach to overcome the struggles and as a result, flourish in life. For many years, I watched the people I love, suffer from the inability to cope with simple and complex stresses in life and felt completely helpless. They would become overwhelmed with worry of the past, and consumed with panic of the future. A simple unexpected change would occur, and boom! stress & anxiety would show up in many forms. At the age of 18, I witnessed the horrific struggle my Nana encountered battling severe Depression, later suffering a stroke and passing away as a result. I myself having had my fair share of challenges, and knowing first hand how, Stress, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and PTSD can take over your life and spiral you into the darkness, I wanted to make a change. Feeling helpless was something I wouldn't wish upon anyone. I wanted to help others, I wanted to understand, and show them, they can take back control of their life, and hopefully in the process prevent them from suffering. I started studying the mind body connection and how stress impacts, learning about music & frequencies used for healing, enrolled and completed a Diploma of Meditation Therapy & Holistic Counselling with post grads in Meditation for Depression & Anxiety, and Meditation for Children. Not only did this study help me overcome all of my struggles as I practices each and every tool it taught, it helped me understand, that with the correct tools, you can regain control over your life and manage anything that presents to you, no matter how impacting. Still today I manage and take charge of my own life using these tools. My mission is to provide as much support, love, guidance and education to anyone I come into contact with. I aspire to take these modalities, and the many more I am continuing to study today, and share their benefits with as many beautiful souls as I can. The inability of coping with Stress is the beginning of Dis-ease within the body, with this in mind and if untreated, it has the potential of progressing to much more serious forms of Mental Health. According to Beyond Blue in 2021, 43.7% of people aged 16-85 in Australia, experienced a mental health disorder at some time in their life. This is equivalent to 8.6 million people. An average of 6.5 men died by suicide every day across Australia. Three times as many men as women took their lives in 2021. My services are not targeted to one gender, I am here to encourage and promote improved health to any Soul who needs it. I may fail in some things I try to do, after all I am only human, I may not appeal to certain people, that's ok, and I'm certainly not perfect, but what I am, is passionate about helping anyone and everyone with the Reduction of Stress and Anxiety, so they can live a happy, meaningful life full of love, joy and peace. Had my Nana Rossie of had the tools and guidance I can now provide to others, perhaps she would have been able to cope with the Stress, which progressed into the Depression and resulted in the Stroke which took her life. She was a beautiful soul, one I am grateful to have had in my life for as long as I did, it is with her as my inspiration I will continue to learn, take care of me first and foremost, so I can then provide beneficial services to others.
