Support Coordinators - here's another way to access your All Plan Management portal. πŸ’»

If you prefer to log in using a password (or are having trouble with the one-time password option), we've got a simple guide to help you get started.

Here's how:
1️⃣ Go to the Support Coordinator portal login page and select the β€œPassword” button

2️⃣ Enter your email address and password. If you forgot your password or haven’t set one before, click "Forgot Password" and follow the reset instructions sent to your email

3️⃣ Return to the portal and enter your details. Enter your email and the password you just set, then click Sign In

5️⃣ You’re in! Welcome to you dashboard. View budgets, track invoices, and more

The Support Coordinator Portal is designed to make budget management clearer, faster and easier, helping you spend less time on admin and more time supporting participants.

Just registered with us? Here's how to officially 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐀π₯π₯ 𝐏π₯𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 so we can start managing your invoices and funding straight away πŸ‘‡

Step 1 - Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and ask them to endorse All Plan Management as your plan manager.

Step 2 - Let your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or planner know you've chosen us.

Quick tip: When you call the NDIA or speak to your LAC, make sure you ask them to endorse us as your "Plan Manager", not just as a provider.

That's it! Once we're endorsed, we'll take care of the rest. Call us on 1300 634 776 if you have questions, we're happy to walk you through it.
