Hello fellow Yogis 😊
Over the coming week I shall be winding down the Inner Bliss Yoga & Wellness socials and operating all social updates through Natures Emporium.

For those who perhaps don't know, Natures is our family business. We have been operating in Bundaberg for just over 30years now and it is the beautiful space where I started my own spiritual journey 24years ago. The space where I taught my first yoga class 15 years ago and the space that imbodies the passion that my husband Chris and I have for natural wholistic living 💗

My decision to merge the 2 social pages comes from a space of unity. My life on the mat and off the mat are one in the same and therefore I can save time and energy and share everything in one handy location.
If you don't already follow Natures Emporium jump across and check out the page. Rest assured classes shall continue to flow and life shall go on 😊
As of the end of this week all notifications from Inner bliss shall quietly fade into meta land and emerge fresh and new on the Natures socials

Here are the 3 weekly offerings for the Springtime.

Please byo mat, water bottle
All sessions are payment by donation

Monday Evenings and Saturday mornings are a gentle Hatha flow sessions suitable for beginners and beyond.

Tuesday Mornings are a little different. We shall explore mindful walking and breathwork in silence 🙏
We meet in silence, we walk and breathe in silence :)
Throughout your practice you shall be guided with verbal cues and the sound of the tingsha 🙏
