We also treat children with developmental delay, behaviour and sensory conditions including autism. Bundaberg Occupational Therapy was established in 2008 and moved to the new premises in 2010 at 298 Bourbong Street. Our therapists are trained in the assessment and treatment of problems including:
- Hand and upper limb rehabilitation (including scar management and wound care)
- Injury prevention,
treatment and management
- Paediatric developmental delays (including handwriting, toileting, school achievement and coordination)
- Behavioural and sensory issues (including ADHD and ASD)
- Neurological conditions (cerebral palsy and stroke)
- Upper limb physical rehabilitation following illness or work related injury
