Friday nights I host weekly breathes in town, this is for women only. It’s private, positive and replenishing, to your heart, physical self and mind.
We quiet the mind and return to all the good stuff. Using the simple technique of breath work, to experience the happy feel good hormones, release fatigue and anxiety, feel lightness, and dissolve tension . Simple, effective and a very healthy place to begin the weekend feeling softer, lighter and brighter.
