Day 2 of the 7-Figure Academy Bootcamp with the Amazing luke Hawkins

Another huge day of learning, growing, and being stretched in all the right ways. Being in a room (and online) with over 50 coaches from around the world has been powerful. Luke Hawkins really does know how to pull more out of you than you knew was there.

Today helped me see myself in a new way.

I realised that the work I’ve done on myself over the years hasn’t just changed me — it’s shaped the way I help others. My experiences, my healing, my setbacks, my rebuilding… it all matters. It’s actually my biggest strength.

What stood out to me today:

• I’m here to make a real impact, not play small.
• Certainty and Heart can change someone’s entire direction.
• Leading with compassion doesn’t make you soft — it makes you effective.
• And becoming a stronger version of myself is part of the job when I’m guiding others.

A bit of honesty…

There was a time when I questioned whether I was capable of doing this work the way I wanted to. I felt unsure, tired, and like my own healing journey was too messy to be of value.

But now I can see that the opposite is true.

My journey is the reason I can hold space for people the way I do.
It’s the reason I understand stress, trauma, and emotional patterns on such a deep level.
It’s the reason this work lights me up.

NTT has already made a massive difference in how I see myself, and I can feel how it’s going to change the way I support my clients moving forward.

What I know now:

• Courage has to be chosen.
• Growth won’t happen if I stay comfortable.
• Growth also won’t happen if i worry what others say or think about me.
• And the woman I’m becoming is worth backing.

I’ve grown so much in just two days, and I’m genuinely excited to bring these tools into my sessions and help people create real change.

More growth to come.
More breakthroughs. And more impact.

Yesterday’s Chakra Symphony was nothing short of magical.
Nine incredible women came together — each with her own story, energy, and light — to balance, awaken, and harmonize their inner symphony. 💫
