✨️🍃 Healing isn't aesthitic ✨️🍃

This is a powerful statement — and it cuts to the heart of how we often misunderstand what healing really looks and feels like.

Healing is messy, not curated. Healing isn't a clean, linear process. It’s not the soft-filtered, pastel-lit version you often see on social media. You will cry unexpectedly, relapse into old patterns, have feelings of anger, confusion, grief, feel isolated or silenced from people you once called friends.

These things aren't "pretty" or Instagram-worthy, but they're honest.

It challenges your identity, letting go of old beliefs and patterns. You will be questioning your past and will leave you facing uncomfortable truths as well as hard choices.

These moments aren't beautiful; they’re brutal. But necessary.

Healing is often about being seen to be healing — journaling in the sunlight, drinking tea, meditating in linen. But real healing is usually private, silent, and even invisible. It's what happens when no one's watching — and there's nothing photogenic about the breakdowns that come before breakthroughs.

Trauma, loss, wounds, regrets. These feelings look like puffy eyes, empty rooms, unwashed dishes, and canceled plans, but that ugliness is the space where growth happens.

We romanticize healing, but it's work. It's setting boundaries, feeling guilt or shame. It's starting over again and again, It’s sweat, not serenity. Healing is raw, courageous, ongoing, sacred, and at times lonely.

Keep pushing through the ups and downs. The awakening is something truly special.

🍃✨️ Alcohol & Your Gut Health 🍃✨️

There was a time when I consumed too much alcohol, processed foods, and would ignore all the signs my body was trying to show me that it was not happy. Don't get me wrong, i am still a work in progress, and there are days I over consumed food my body does not like. Knowledge is power.

Below is a little information about how alcohol can affect your gut health.

🧬Alcohol has a major impact on gut health, affecting everything from digestion and nutrient absorption to gut bacteria and inflammation.

🔹️Disrupts Gut Microbiome
Alcohol kills beneficial bacteria and allows harmful bacteria to grow.
Leads to gut dysbiosis – an imbalance in gut flora. Can increase candida (yeast) overgrowth and inflammation.

🔹️Damages the Gut Lining ("Leaky Gut")
Alcohol makes the intestinal wall more permeable.
This condition, called leaky gut, allows toxins and bacteria to pass into the bloodstream.

🔹️Triggers inflammation throughout the body and may contribute to conditions like autoimmune diseases
IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
Skin issues (acne, eczema)

🔹️Reduces Nutrient Absorption
Alcohol irritates the stomach lining and decreases the production of digestive enzymes and acid.

🔹️This leads to poor absorption of vitamins and minerals, especially:
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
B12, folate
Zinc and magnesium

🔹️Increases Inflammation
Alcohol promotes inflammatory responses in the gut and liver.
Chronic inflammation damages tissues and increases the risk of:
Gastritis (stomach inflammation)
Pancreatitis

🔹️Digestive Symptoms
Alcohol can trigger:
Bloating
Diarrhea
Constipation
Acid reflux or heartburn

🔹️Long-Term Risks to Gut Health
Gut Dysbiosis - Harmful bacteria dominate the gut
Leaky Gut - Toxins leak into blood → body-wide inflammation
Nutrient Deficiencie - Poor gut lining = less absorption
Increased Disease Riskn- Higher chance of IBS, IBD, liver disease, even depression (via gut-brain axis)

🍃✨️ Ladies, let's talk G-Strings 🍃✨️

This topic may be a little uncomfortable, or some may even think it's unnecessary to talk about. But it's only ever about sharing knowledge.

While many rock them for style or to avoid those pesky visible panty lines, concerns about their potential impact on physical health—particularly involving the skin, pelvic health, and even the nervous system have been raised.

Because of their sneaky design, G-strings can shift easily and may facilitate the spread of bacteria from the back to the front as well as create issues like.....

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
• Bacterial vaginosis
• Yeast infections
• Impact on the Pelvic Floor and Nerve Sensitivity
• Change to your pH levels

Though rarely discussed, G-strings can influence nerve sensitivity in the pelvic region. The pudendal nerve can be mildly compressed or irritated, causing nervous system-related responses to include:
• Tingling or numbness
• Increased sensitivity or discomfort
• Referred pain in the pelvic and buttock
•Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) Response
•Blockages in your spine.

The autonomic nervous system controls involuntary body functions like sweating, blood flow, and temperature regulation.
Constant pressure on your tailbone  can act as a low-level stressor, triggering subtle but persistent ANS responses such as:
• Localized sweating or clamminess
• Mild elevation in stress hormone (cortisol) levels
• Changes in posture or gait to relieve discomfort

Over time, these responses can contribute to chronic tension in the lower back or hips, can even  activate the sympathetic nervous system, which governs the body's "fight or flight" response, along with   unconscious muscle guarding and awkward movement patterns.

Now I'm not saying don't wear them, just be mindful of the impact it could be having on your nervous system, if you start to have any issues outlined above, take a break and choose grannie panties for a while...
or may be nothing...(Let her breath.. studies have shown great results for this option, too🫣🤔)

🍃✨️Gene-Edited Foods May Hit Shelves Without Labels in Australia & NZ🍃✨️

This is why it's so important to choose local organic produce. Knowing and understanding where and how your food is produced and sourced from.

On June 4, Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) approved Proposal P1055, changing how gene-edited foods are regulated. Under this proposal:

🔹 No labeling or traceability is required if a gene-edited food doesn’t contain “novel DNA”
🔹 No mandatory safety assessments for these foods
🔹 There is no obligation to inform consumers or allow choice

While these foods are still the result of genetic engineering, they are no longer legally classified as “genetically modified” under the updated definition. This means many gene-edited products could enter the food supply without public knowledge or oversight.

❗ Implications:

⚠️ Consumers lose the right to know what’s in their food

⚠️ Organic and GE-free producers face increased contamination risk and market disadvantage

⚠️ No opt-out or informed choice for retailers, schools, or households

⚠️ Long-term health and environmental effects are unknown

This move is part of a broader strategy to fast-track gene technology into the food system—without proper debate or safeguards.

Do your research, ask the questions, support local farmers, and eat whole quality, organic foods.

Knowing your food holds huge power for you and your health.

🍃✨️ It takes courage 🍃✨️

It takes courage to try something new—especially something that’s hard to explain.

Every person I meet carries a story, a quiet knowing deep inside that they want more—and deserve it. For many, spinal flow is that more.

It’s honestly something you can’t fully describe…
You just have to experience it.

You don’t need to be in pain to benefit from Spinal Flow. You don’t need trauma in your past. This isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken.

Spinal Flow is about deep relaxation of your nervous system.
It’s about reconnecting—with your body, your mind, and your soul. It’s an awakening. A remembering.

It’s something truly special.

🐝 Boosts Digestive Health

Can help with mild digestive issues like bloating and constipation.
Contains prebiotics that feed healthy gut bacteria.

A quick source of natural sugars (glucose and fructose) for energy.
