✨️ Business Name Change ✨️

Happy 2026 beautiful people!

New year, New business name.. We all grow and develop.. pivot and re-create and so too should our business names. Everything is energy right.. even down to the colour we choose to surround our name with.

It is important to me that a name doesnt limit us to what we offer or where we may be heading. This new name brings everything I see my business being and turning into, with no limits....

☘️Meadow -> soft earth energy, abundance
openness, healing
☘️ Collective -> community, shared growth, safe container

I have sat with this decision for a few months now... no time felt right ... the precaution was next level .. until today !

✨️🍃 New Organic Items ✨️🍃

With our produce orders and Spinal Flow coming to a close for 2025 on the 20th December, I would like put a call put to see what you guys you like to see more of in 2026.

For those who already order, you know we have a pretty good range of products but there is always room for more 😉. We have been trying a few different products over the past few weeks and have been LOVING the cultured butter 🧈.

Please let us know what you would like to see more of... home - made Kombucha, clean jerky, more organic dry goods, quality supplements and teas 🍵.... our ears are open to your suggestions.

Again keep in mind our last veggie orders and spinal flow sessions will be on saturday the 20th December 2025 and will return for the 6th January 2026. 🙏

✨️🍃 How to order ✨️🍃

For those interested in ordering certified organic produce here are the steps to follow.

1 - Send us a DM expressing your interest.

2 - You will receive an availability list every Monday.

3- Choose your produce and send it back to me no later than Wednesday 8am to ensure you get your whole order.

4 - You will receive a message Friday evening with your total amount to pay and collection time.

5 - Saturday morning you will collect your order from my property.

6 - Enjoy and nourish your body with quality food.

I am lucky enough to have access to a wide range of certified organic products from fruit and veg (some from our family farm), dairy, meat, even dried goods. Just send me a message with what your are after and I will do my best to track it down for you.

🍃✨️ Its not all about trauma 🍃✨️

YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE HAD TRAUMA TO TRY SPINAL FLOW

I have been having conversations lately with people who say they don't have trauma.. that they had a great childhood/life, so they don't need spinal flow. Which is AMAZING.

However

You dont have to have had trauma to be stressed, overwhelmed, suffering from burnout, have inflammation, sore muscles from sports or excersise, a sore back, knees, hips, suffering from headaches or lack of sleep or even learning and behavior difficulties.

You see spinal flow works directly with the nervous system.. relaxing from the inside out allowing your body to recover and be at ease. Allowing your body time to be calm and reset.

Just like a building needs a strong solid foundation free of any stressors...so do our bodies.

It all starts from the inside, all it takes is 30 minutes once a week.

🍃✨️ BEFORE and AFTER 🍃✨️

August vs October... what have I done?

SPINAL FLOW.. I have attended 2 retreats and had a few 1:1 sessions.

The biggest thing physically is seeing how much inflammation has gone!! But what you cant see is how clear my mind is!.

It is SO nice to have a clear mind and simply be at peace. 🤍

Not needing or chasing external validation from people, knowing and surrounding yourself with what is right for you.

Along with spinal flow the other few small changes I have made are:

🔸️ using mouth tape when I sleep.. this has been a huge game changer... I actually feel rested and FRESH in the morning I have more energy which has given me my spark to start training again...

🔸️choosing whole organic foods more and staying away from the numbers and additives on the packaging.

✨️🍃Can't switch off for your sessions?✨️🍃

I have received feedback that some people find it hard to go from everyday life... to full relax mode for their sessions, SO I have created something a little extra.

This session is perfect for the person who is always busy in their head, find it hard to just sit and take a moment for themselves. It allows your body time to fully settle and connect.

Light Breathwork/meditation PLUS spinal flow.... these sessions run for 1 hour, with an investment of $100. We start off with grounding into breathwork and light meditation (With a side of animal therapy if you choose 🤭)... followed by a 30 minute spinal flow session.

You will really notice the different level of relaxation after you have tried this session. Clients feel they gain more from their spinal flow session when they start with breathwork/meditation AND it allows you to connect with your body, trust and learn to be comfortable with what your body is truly capable of.

✨️🍃 Spinal Flow + certified organic veg✨️🍃

A few of my Saturday ladies have jumped on board and have started getting their weekly veggies at their spinal flow sessions.

Spinal flow is designed to release chemical physical and emotional blockages in the body, so adding certified organic veggies to my offerings has worked perfectly to help support my clients with eliminating chemicals in their food.

Now, don't get me wrong, it can be hard (and expensive) to eat certified organic all the time, but making small changes where you can will still help to support your body in a positive way.... and you will definitely taste the difference !!
