Outback Trauma Release Breathwork Session

Date: Friday, 29 November 2025
Time: 4.00pm-6.00pm
Location: Mulga Lands Gallery, Charleville
Age Restriction: 18+ only

This guided breathwork session offers a safe and supportive space to release stored trauma, tension, and emotional stress.

Using holotropic breathing, sound frequency, and intentional movement, we’ll tap into the subconscious, the part of the mind where unresolved experiences often reside.

Why the subconscious matters:
Accessing the subconscious allows us to bypass the analytical mind and connect with deeper emotional layers.

This can lead to:
Emotional release and nervous system regulation
Greater clarity and self-awareness
A sense of lightness, relief, and renewed energy
The ability to shift patterns that no longer serve you

If stopping feels impossible, this is for you. Once a month, we create a space where sound itself helps you let go. Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and the medicine drum weave together to quiet the mind, ease tension, and guide you into deep rest.

Why it matters:
When you allow yourself to truly pause, your body repairs, your energy flows, and clarity returns.

This hour is not about doing, it’s about receiving. Bring a pillow, a blanket, and give yourself permission to rest.

$20 via Humanitix or included in your existing package.

Spaces are limited, bookings essential.

Because self‑care isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity.

Finding peace in your surroundings ❤️

Even in a busy day, peace is possible. Step outside. Breathe deeply. Let your surroundings remind you that you’re allowed to pause. A few quiet moments can reset your whole rhythm. You deserve that grace.

Tonight we listened to a 396hz ❤️

Tuning into 396Hz can be a gentle yet powerful way to release emotional weight, reconnect with your body, and invite deep relaxation and healing.

396Hz: The Frequency of Release and Grounding

Known as the frequency of liberation from fear and guilt, 396Hz is deeply connected to the Root Chakra (Muladhara), our energetic foundation.

When this chakra is balanced, we feel safe, grounded, and supported. But when it’s blocked, we may experience anxiety, insecurity, or emotional heaviness.

Listening to music tuned to 396Hz can help:

• Release fear, guilt, and suppressed emotions by gently dissolving energetic blockages

• Soothe the nervous system, lowering stress, heart rate, and blood pressure

• Enhance emotional resilience by promoting a sense of safety and inner stability

• Improve sleep and mental clarity, especially when used in meditation or before bed

• Support spiritual alignment and deepen your connection to the earth and your body

Whether you’re navigating emotional turbulence or simply seeking a moment of peace, 396Hz offers a nurturing frequency to help you return to yourself.

Let it be a reminder: you are safe, you are supported, and you are allowed to let go.

Tuesdays from 6-7pm at Sanctuary on Seven we reset using a different frequency every week 🙏🏻

Saying “no” is a form of self-love

We often fear saying no, afraid we’ll disappoint, be misunderstood, or seem unkind.

But here’s the truth:
Saying no is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself.

It’s not a rejection of others.
It’s a declaration of your worth.

When you say no:

• You quiet the voice of self-doubt that tells you to shrink, to please, to overextend.
• You build confidence by honoring your needs, your time, and your truth.
• You grow independence by trusting your inner compass more than external expectations.

Every time you say no to something that doesn’t feel right, you say yes to something that does.
Yes to rest.
Yes to joy.
Yes to alignment.
Yes to YOU.

You don’t need to justify your boundaries. You don’t need to apologise for protecting your peace. You don’t need to explain why your happiness matters.

Saying no is not weakness.
It’s strength wrapped in self-respect.

So let’s normalise it.
Let’s celebrate it.
Let’s teach our hearts that it’s safe to choose ourselves.

You are allowed to say no.
You are allowed to be free.
You are allowed to be whole.

You are worth it ❤️

Feeling a little off lately? Here is something to help..

Life isn’t always sunshine and smooth sailing, we all hit those stretches where things feel… meh.

Maybe it’s stress, maybe it’s just one of those weeks. But here’s a tiny habit that can make a big difference: write down one thing you’re grateful for every day..

Just one. That’s it.

It could be a cozy blanket, a funny moment, a good meal, or a hug that landed just right. These tiny notes of appreciation have become something really special in our house, and reading them has been beautiful.

They remind us of the good that surrounds us, even when the day didn’t feel so great.

Why does it help?

• It shifts your focus from what’s wrong to what’s still right.
• It gives your heart a little lift.
• It builds emotional strength, quietly and gently.

And for your family?

• It sets a warm, positive tone in your home.
• It helps kids (and grown-ups!) notice the little joys.
• It opens up sweet conversations “What made you smile today?”

Gratitude doesn’t erase stop the hard stuff. But it softens it. It’s a gentle way to reconnect with hope, with each other, and with the beauty that’s still around us.

So grab a notebook, or start a family jar. One sentence a day. You’ll be amazed at what shows up ❤️

This Journey of life, is full of patterns and choices that will teach you valuable lessons.

When you are willing to understand, that true growth and happiness comes from owning the lesson, and seeing it as a blessing rather than a negative, you open up to a world of peace.

There is no such thing as a perfect life
There is no such thing as a normal life
An easy life is only determined by how well you manage your stress.
AND
The more you learn and the more you are willing to understand who you are and what you need, happiness will come. PEACE will come.

Darling YOU are a beautiful human with a beautiful HEART, and every day that you learn in order to grow, is the gift of HAPPINESS, you give to yourself ❤️

Have a beautiful day!
