🎄 Help Spread a Little Christmas Cheer! 🎁

This Christmas, we’re proudly supporting Angel’s Community Group and their Angel’s Santa Assistance program — a local initiative helping Bundaberg families in need with festive hampers and gifts.

We’re collecting non-perishable food items, Christmas treats, and new gifts for children aged 0–17 years to include in the hampers.

If you’re able to contribute, please drop your donations into our clinic — every item, no matter how small, helps bring joy to a local family this Christmas. 💛

🌸 New Class Alert – Women's Strength & Conditioning 🌸

We’re excited to launch a program designed just for women navigating menopause. 💪✨

This class focuses on:
✅ Building strength to support bone health & prevent osteoporosis
✅ Improving balance, mobility & energy levels
✅ Supporting weight management & healthy ageing
✅ Connecting with other women on the same journey

Led by physiotherapist Jodie, you’ll train in a safe, supportive environment where every session is tailored to your body’s needs.

📍 Location: 74 Quay Street
📅 When: Monday - 5pm to 5:45pm
👩 For: Women in perimenopause, menopause & post-menopause

Spots are limited – call our friendly reception staff on 4153 1920 to book your spot or if you have any questions about the class.
