I’ve had these conversations with a loved one.
He would say ‘ I know they attack me’
I’d see it through alcohol, the dark video games, the violent movies.

It’s all there ready to come through & enter his Energetics.

I’d see where they influence him, to sabotage me.

I’d see where they add to toxic thinking & behaviour & they’d fuel my pain, sadness & toxic behaviour.

Our men, our Divine Men.
As Divine Women in our layers of healing..
we honour the space for you to surrender to your Highest knowing & crack open the hard shell that these parasites feed off.
Come home to your true nature 🙏

Nearly 6 months into Rebirthing Breathwork training… a beautiful maddening experience of what it feels to Breathe - INTO - my life.
Breathe -into - me.
Breathe INTO my nervous system & feel it’s resonance … I can’t say I’m in a state of constant calm… I can say I am in all states of the lumps & bumps I’ve learned in my life / lives to hold onto as coping mechanisms, up til now.. I can say, when my intention is set to grow, I can see what & how I act in my patterning .. that is a cycle of protection, or cycle of control, cycle that just is.. until I can see where I can do better.

I can say… the deep relaxation of the full mechanics of deeper, slow, inhales that are not forced & the exhale that allows all to be released … is transcending.

This is a journey with how I breathe…into my life, where I hold onto it, where I restrict it, where I am shallow .. where I need to breathe into.

A journey of fusing breathe with intention …
A paradigm shift for me.. hugely wide opening & a process I have noticed flow & joy in comprehending .. then also maddening of too much of my own material within to shift & be ‘ok’ with. … an actual lesson to learn to be comfortable in the uncomfortable & validate all that is within me & find simpler, softer responses .. by realising I have the choice to chose my intention to respond …

An amazing journey so far…

Hi ladies, as I’m now ready for bed.. I have the reminder of what I now recognise ..

As an over achiever in some areas of my life…
I’ve had a huge month really, with our community we organise wellness expos & last weekend we had our event. It’s a huge toll on my family , as I MC the day & give my heart to these events.

I haven’t stopped to reward myself with self love & care..

I’ve jumped back into focusing on the new biz..

And todays Breathe was ‘overload’ .. my vital intelligence reminding me… do the little things for myself to be in sacred living.

It connects me with seeing my household as the whole journey, not the isolated events that can bog me down.

I feel I need to tend to my courage … courage to dive into trusting… I can navigate this next level. 💖✨🙏

Uplevelling & growing in areas of our life is a huge constant focus if you, like me, want to be better, want to see others grow into their best & also learning to wear this ‘human suit’ and do all the human daily living.
Juggling true acceptance of where others are, while breathing into their Sacred soul to gently remind them of who they truly are… is a silent job… 🫶🏽🥰.
I like doing this in Silence, yet I am ‘in the ring’ to learn to verbally align my true intentions with speaking to others in a manner that reminds them that it is possible to live intently with the Sacred.
Though, as always it starts with me.
Clarity that I thrive when I live in Sacred Intent.
It fills my cup. It heightens my perspective, it gives deeper discernment, it connects me with my perception of the Highest Divinity.
