This lead me to explore Taoist meditations, Qigong, Chi Nei Tsang and now Shamanic Healing. Since then, I've dedicated myself to alternative healing, integrating physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual practices. My mission is to help others reconnect with their true selves, ease suffering and help to find balance in the universe we reside in.
