Here is a graphic from an EFT paper published by Peta Sapleton from Bond University, Dawson Church from EFT Universe and others.
The study involved 203 participants across 6 Clinical EFT workshops, aiming to uncover EFT's common underlying physiological mechanisms of action.
After EFT, there were notable decreases in anxiety (−40%), depression (−35%), posttraumatic stress disorder (−32%), pain (−57%), and cravings (−74%). Happiness increased by 31%, and Immune System Markers (salivary immunoglobulin A (SigA)) rose by 113%.
Additionally, significant improvements were observed in Resting Heart Rate (−8%), cortisol levels (−37%), systolic Blood Pressure (−6%), and diastolic Blood Pressure (−8%). These results indicate that EFT contributes to positive health effects and enhanced mental well-being.
