It’s easy to move less when something feels sore.
You skip the walk. Avoid the gym. Sit a bit longer. Take the lift instead of the stairs.
But the less we move, the stiffer and weaker things can get — and that’s when little issues start hanging around longer than they should.
Staying active doesn’t have to mean doing more. It just means doing the right things for your body.
