It’s easy to move less when something feels sore.

You skip the walk. Avoid the gym. Sit a bit longer. Take the lift instead of the stairs.

But the less we move, the stiffer and weaker things can get — and that’s when little issues start hanging around longer than they should.

We’re delighted to introduce Rathmini, the newest member of the Barolin Physiotherapy team!

Rathmini is a fully qualified Physiotherapist from Sri Lanka with five years of hands-on clinical experience. After recently relocating to Bundaberg with her husband, she has joined our clinic while completing the process for Australian registration.

In the meantime, Rathmini will be working as an Allied Health Assistant, supporting our physios and assisting patients across the clinic and gym.
