It’s a good idea to do something relaxing before making an important decision in your life.
When we’re stressed, overwhelmed, or rushing — our body tightens. Our mind gets loud. And we start choosing from fear or pressure.
But when we soften…
When the breath deepens…
When the nervous system feels safe again…
We return to clarity.
Relaxation isn’t “a luxury.”
It’s a way of giving your mind space to hear what your heart already knows. 🤍
Sometimes the best thing we can do before making a big decision is:
• Go for a walk
• Have a warm bath
• Lay under a weighted blanket
• Enjoy a grounding massage
• Sit quietly with tea
• Breathe
• Be still
Because when the body relaxes…
The truth rises gently to the surface.
You do not have to force clarity.
You can allow it.
