Greetings from South Tyrol, Brixen and above. We have a great time here with friends, hiking and enjoying the beautiful food and wine. Not much longer and we'll be back in Queensland, this time again first in Cairns, but in March Brisbane. We are looking forward to being back "home" again.

Life is just too good, after holidays in Surfers Paradise our journey paused in Rockhampton. The Hospital with all staff is just a pleasure to be with, and we enjoy Rocky and surroundings. A divine late fall Sunday on the beach - hard to beat. Greetings from Rockhampton.

Thanks everybody for your birthday wishes! Michi and I are enjoying Cairns since some weeks and will be staying in Oz til July. We have an amazing time since leaving our cold, wet and dark Hamburg in January. We love the sun and work here in Cairns! We had a lovely Birthday Dinner and now packing up to leave tomorrow for the time being. We still think about you all!

from younger days until yesterday - W***y, our dog was always with us, even made the long trip to Hamburg. He enjoyed life here but sadly with now 15 years we had to say good bye to him. he passed today and left a big hole in our life, and us sad and lonely. Thanks for the beautiful time he shared with us!

Hi everyone - I'm back again, this time in SA, precise - Whyalla SA. Michi and I had a great time at home and holidays in Dubai, while she's now back home and dog sitting and I'm for another 3 weeks in Whyalla. It's nice to follow you on facebook, pictures of growing babies and healthy newcomers. We truly miss you all and the great time we had in Bundaberg. Nevertheless it's an exciting experience to see real spring again, all trees blossoming, exploding greens all around, early sunrise and late sundowners. Believe me, Hamburg is just beautiful. I'll post some pics, when I'm back mid May! Stay safe

Back home - what a pity: no snow! We have one of the warmest Christmas ever and I expected frost and snow!
Nevertheless I'm back to football and ice-hockey with full stadiums, fiery athmosphere and great sport.
Michi and I want to take the opportunity to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year with health and love amidst your families.

The Tablelands under deep clouds! I had a beautiful drive through the rainforest and the Tablelands, enjoyed a farmers market and as you can see - they have happy cows.

Back in the Tropics! Thanks to Cairns Hospital, having me for some weeks for Locum work, I'll enjoying it, even though it is so much bigger than Bundaberg Hospital.
