ADMINISTRATION POSITION
A position has come available as one of our current CA’s is moving on.
Approx 10-15hrs per week, casual rates apply. Our Chiropractic Assistants are the first point of contact for our patients, so excellent communication skills are essential (A kind bubbly personality is a bonus)
If you have an interest in holistic health with a focus on Chiropractic care, then this may be the job for you.
ROLE INCLUDES
* Scheduling Appointments
* Providing healthcare support to our patients
* General admin - filing, payroll, etc
* Handling of cash/EFTPOS payments
* Processing of Private Health/Medicare/DVA payments & claims
* Cleaning of rooms & equipment

* Reliable and committed
* Confident & friendly phone manner
* Warm & welcoming personality
* Organised, efficient, multi-tasker with exceptional time management skills
* Great communicator to patients & staff alike
* Think on your feet problem solving skills
* Computer skills a must
* Ability to work autonomously
PLEASE NOTE
* Hours vary and are NOT between school hours
* Days vary to accommodate two other CA’s
* Flexibility is a must, covering of holidays & sick days as the need arises
* All training provided
* Always have weekends & public holidays off

Monday - 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday - 7:50am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday - 7:40am - 11:50am
Thursday - 7:50am - 6:00 pm
Friday - 7:50am - 6:00 pm
CLOSED WEEKENDS
We close for lunch between the hours of 12:30 pm - 2pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)
Training will commence immediately for the successful applicant 😊
